Larger meters with db scale/legend, so it's clear to see how much Gain reduction is being applied etc. I know Hans mentions a major GUI re-design on the way, so hopefully that will include it.

Also an inbuilt ITU loudness output meter would be handy (although this is currently available via 3rd party tools).

I definitely agree with the dB scale.
