Hello,

How can I properly run multiple instances of Stereo Tool on Linux (Debian 12)?

On Windows it behaves correctly, but on Linux it seems that the Livewire Session is shared between all instances.
As soon as I select Livewire+ as the input in the second instance, audio from the first instance immediately starts playing.
Switching the network interface and change the Livewire channel, makes no difference.

I create copy of usr/local/bin/stereo_tool_gui_64 to /usr/local/bin/stereo_tool_gui_64_SecInst
Set as executable
chmod +x /usr/local/bin/stereo_tool_gui_64
chmod +x /usr/local/bin/stereo_tool_gui_64_SecInst

Second Instance run as: env HOME=$HOME/st_instSec stereo_tool_gui_64_SecInst -p 8081 -w "127.0.0.1,192.168.15.0/24" --no-gui &

The same behavior occurs with Stereo Tool Enterprise. I add a Livewire audio input to the first instance, and when I then click Livewire+ in another instance, audio immediately starts playing automatically, even though no channel has been configured.

Hi!
Before one of the devs comes in to help, I wanna ask if you've tried one of the 10.76 betas? It contains new I/O code, and this may have already been solved with the rewrite.

You should be able to find it in the current beta post.
The latest beta for Linux at the time of writing this is 10.76-056:
https://www.stereotool.com/download/ste ... TA1076-056

It doesn't list the enterprise version for Linux, but it's available as well:

OK so in ST-Enterprise_BETA1076-056 same bad behaviour.
I set instance 1 - input Livewire+ set input Network card and LW channel number
Then i create Instance 2 and when i click on any option under AES67 i can see input audio level (from instance 1) even i dont set any channel and network card
