MB1 band 1 attenuation end stopping at 4dB when using Adaptive compression.

If I set Multiband 1 compressor type to Adaptive, band 1 will not advance more than 4dB attenuation regardless of threshold settings but the limiter works fine.
If I set MB1 compressor type to Digital or analogue, band 1 compressor behaves normally.

Is this a bug or have I cocked something up in my Preset?

Levels > (expand Levels) > More threshold settings > b1 slider OFF.
