Equipped with an i9 14900k CPU and 64GB of RAM, I've currently tried setting the computer's power management to maximum efficiency and granting software resource access permissions instantaneous, allowing the CPU to operate at full capacity, as shown in the image. With these settings for processing TV sound, and comparing it to the picture, the sound latency is almost imperceptible. However, I'm worried that a crackling sound might reappear at any time. Currently, the HD audio quality is set to maximum, with a bitrate of 512.

That CPU can handle about 30 STs not 1.
On that picture you have super strange high cpu usage. I don't know is something else working in background tho.
On that cpu you should have 3-5% cpu usage with ST (depends on preset tho). For priority never set "Realtime" only "High".
For asio granularity some default is 256samples, sometimes 512, and you should use what your soundcard is defaulting to.
If you want to change granularity, then do from soundcard panel.

Okay, thank you very much for your guidance.

I'll give it a try, because sometimes after running all day,

it starts to burp.

I thought it was because the CPU performance allocated to the software wasn't enough.

I'll share how I fix it.

Thank you.

That's not the bitrate. That's the block size. While a lower setting does offer lower latencies, the quality really suffers.
You can right-click on some things (try titles as well as sliders/selector boxes) to learn more about them. The latest release, 10.72, has additional translations, so be sure to update.

Previously, my CPU usage was high, likely because I had set my computer's power management options to "Full Performance" (all-out). Now, my CPU usage is about half.

This computer has no other programs running except Stereo Tool, so I wanted to allocate all resources to Stereo Tool, but I neglected Windows stability, resulting in popping sounds. I've now changed the CPU usage from "Real-time" to "High" (as shown in the image)

because I'm worried that a low HD cache and slow replenishment speed will cause sound problems.

Therefore, I've adjusted it to run on 4 cores. However, if I set it to 2 cores, the cache could be larger.
ASIO is set to 1024.
Currently, the audio quality is set to 2048. Besides audio quality, I also want the latency to be within an acceptable range for visual viewing (for TV use), and of course, I want it to be more stable.
The sound card is currently set to 24-bit 192kbps.
As for the current CPU usage still being 44%, it's probably because I have too many features enabled.
I look forward to your corrections.
Also, the addition of Simplified Chinese translation in version 10.72 is fantastic!

Currently, my stereo tool is running very stably 24h, Tested for a day , following the settings suggested by my predecessors. As for the CPU performance reaching around 38%, it's probably because I've enabled a lot of features. If it continues to run stably for a week, I'll go live in the server room.Officially launched.Broadcast to all television viewers.
