Stereo Tool

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to finally update Stereo Tool for our local station from 9.92 to 10.51. Is that usually safe to do? In other words, will 10.51 just pick up all the settings from 9.92? I’m a bit cautious because I really can’t have it go down.

It should. That's how it's intended to work: to bring forward existing sound to the new versions. Sometimes, depreciated default settings will be updated to the new defaults, but this should only make it sound better if any different at all.

However, the next release is about to enter RC, so keep an eye out for that.

Version 10.60 has been released. Now would be a good time to update from the old GUI to the v10 one.
