Are we reaching a point where the constant stream of beta releases (10.01, 10.11, 10.21, etc.) is overshadowing stable versions? Should users be concerned about relying on beta software for critical broadcasting, or is this just the new normal for rapid innovation?

The versions that you mention are all release versions, not beta versions!
