Hi, I'm struggling to find a solution for a good/loud preset to be adapted at a 48k DAB+ radio station. Any proposal?

You are on forum with many presets, ST also have many presets, did you try any of them?
And when you say "Loud", what loudness levels are we talking about?

With low bitrate (probably AAC+-HE parametric?)
I would apply the "less is more" philosophy

lite compression if any
avoid any clipping

As Dale said, you really don't want that loudness level. I would not go more then -10lufs.
Depends on codec, be sure to have peak output to atleast -1dB, and sometimes even -3dB needed (low aac)
