Select multiple presets by means of ctrl click and ctrl + a to delete all loaded presets at once

Alternatively they can be deleted from the folder located at C:\Users\Administrator\stereo_tool.presets

or simply Win+R to open the run box, then:

Some folks arent administrator or don't have their user folder on C drive

Yea, when that foleder has zillion files, ST startup is super slow. very bad.

I've put this on our todo-list, but it might be a while. In the meantime, removing the files manually seems like a reasonable workaround to me.
