Hello All,

Here is my preset that I wanted to share.
As a former broadcast engineer, here is my contribution for a clean and punchy sound..
And Yes, it is in your face. I don't support it but please accept it as it is.
Tip: Set input level at -6, leaving headroom.

CleanPunch 2.0 Calm Down is very transparent while maintaining that punchy in your face sound.

Stream using preset CleanPunch 2.0 Calm Down:

Enjoy

Hi: This is really the original preset. I've never heard this kind of sound on a stereo tool. The preset setting is adjusted so that both the voice and the music sound as they should without any distortion or distortion in the voice. Here, as far as I have heard settings from various members of our forum, I have heard anything and everything. There were situations where it happened that the music sounded perfect, but the voice had some strange modulation. Then it also used to happen that the voice sounded perfect and the music had some distortions in the modulation as well as some pumping and compression of the sound. This is the first time I've heard here that both the voice and the music sound right. This is just my taste in sound. Since I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina, More precisely from the City of Sarajevo, my music from the former Yugoslavia sounds great on this preset. Both from the 80s and from the 90s and 2000s. What surprised me positively is that this was done on an older version of stereo tool even on 9.70 and now we have 10.21 which they have adapted very well for the web interface for those of us who cannot see and use screen readers. This preset is simply original.
Greetings from Sarajevo.

And I forgot something else: Do you have time for me to send you a link to a rar file with Music from the former Yugoslavia so you can hear how it sounds on your preset? Sounds great to me from what I hear.

πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Take a bow sir! I'm only 10 mins in, but you seemed to have achieved what I was starting to think was impossible (and I certainly couldn't manage) – a preset that that just makes music sound...better. I.e. better than not using ST at all. Β

Hi. As a user who has been listening to the sound processing of a radio program for years and who has worked in a radio program for years as a presenter and recorded many commercials and processed the sound, my suggestion when broadcasting a radio program as well as a stream is to not include sound correction as much as with one in advance with the set setting, it processes both music and voice. When the sound repair is turned on and those noises that you mention are removed, the natural sound is killed, so it seems as if part of the music or voice is killed, especially when talking to the program. This is only good if the studio has effects around it such as papers or newspaper scrolling as well as mouse clicking, then in that case a fix is desirable. However, I am in favor of the directional microphone option in that case because it sounds more natural than turning on the sound correction to eliminate the effects of scrolling through newspapers or clicking the mouse and so on. But if it is not possible to buy such a microphone, then this is the only solution. For me, during broadcasting, sound correction is only used in situations where it has to be used, otherwise I don't like it and I like to hear music with noise if necessary, but to hear all the instruments properly. This is just my opinion.
