I purchased additional features for the basic version but I haven't received an updated link with the new features. Should I get a new link? If so, how long does it take? Thanks |

If you haven't received an email with an updated registration key by 24 hours (check your Spam folder), you might need to DM Hans himself (user hvz) or send him an email. Since it's a manual process, it sometimes takes a little bit if he's super busy.
Should I get a new link? If so, how long does it take? Thanks |

It's no longer a manual process, so normally you should get your upgraded key immediately via email, and it's also visible on the site. This assumes that you're logged in when you upgrade and select the upgrade option from an existing license. If you're not logged in, we do need to manuallly check which license matches your name or email address, and send you a new key manually. So that can take longer. Definitely shoot me a message if it takes more than a a few hours when it's daytime here (Netherlands). |
