Hello friends - I am using an Intel Core i9-10900 CPU 2.80 GHz, 16 GB of RAM, Windows 10 64 bit, exclusively as a streamer for my radio station. I use SPL Encoder with the Stereo Tool 9.50 plugin. I'm using 4 Hyperthreaded Processing Cores, Optimized for Latency. I'm sampling at 4096. My questions - what are best settings for I/O Core Affinities and GUI Core Affinities? In the Processing area, should 'Use Subthread Per Channel' and 'Forced' buttons be checked? This pc performs no other tasks, just processing and encoder to the internet. I want to make sure that it is configured for maximum performance. Thanks for your input! Ron |

I think with your monster pc, the default setting is oke Most people doesn't see this setting, becasue iit's invisable in the normal working mode. i have cheked: Use Subthread Per Channel' |

I always use 2 cores, especially with strong CPUs like that. |
