Hi I'm using a windows 10 pc with nothing else running in the background, apart from virtual cable , and I'm using a radio playout software , and after running stereo tool for 6 or 7 hours I get a skipping cd sound at the back of stereo tool? It did this before I installed the new update in 7.02 when I restart stereo tool its fine again , and comes back again after a few hours of use, the cpu is only running at 8 percent . I tried running it in bypass mode and its not there then . Another problem I am having is the when I upgraded to 9.02 when I first installed the programme it was giving me no output, but a very low kind if metallic sound which was very quiet , it sounds like only getting the treble out of a speaker ? Any help please ? |

Somewhere samplerate missmatch. Go to Windows Audio and check are ALL soundcards at desired samplerate, both playback and recording. For VAC set fixed same samplerate in it VAC Control panel and then in windows audio too. For playout software check is samplerate ok. Everything need to be at same samplerate. If you use Standalone ST (and you should), check input Synchronize to ON. Ofcourse in ST set needed samplerate. |
