What kind of setting would you use just to improve sound for your everyday use. |

Well, this is of course very personal, but I usually listen with one of the "General presets". I made "Constant volume, increased stereo - with reduced noise" exactly for this purpose. Some other presets made by others for several different types of music are also available. In general: - Use mild (non-aggressive) settings for the multiband compressor. Set it to "Compress" rather than "Limit". - DO NOT use Loudness, that only hurts the sound quality (and you have a volume button anyway) - I usually use Stereo Boost to increase the stereo. |
