I had a Jack error in my Vmware environment, but I discovered today that qjackctl does work while jackpilot does not.

I have OSX 10.7. Jack should work on that. Strange it doesn't

That's good news. Have you changed something at qjackctl? I have server path jackd, changed driver from alsa to coreaudio. Get the whole time: Could not start JACK. Sorry." I also can't make any plug, don't know if that's necessary.

It's working now here with this new version on OS X 10.8.4 with JackOSX 0.90.

Only when i make the screen bigger the graphics are very slow refreshed. Scope looks very slow.
When i tried to paste the license key it only worked with CTRL+V and not with CMD+V. Maybe you can add that.

I enable them just to observe the result (I could only get about 10% extra positive modulation, far the less than the 200% I set it for)) but then disabled it. If the positives and negatives are the dark area above and below the display, it looks like there is slightly more dark area above the display than below.

There are (thin) lines on the top and bottom that indicate 0 dB, and on both sides the signal reaches exactly that point. So the output looks perfect.

Can you tell me exactly when this problem started? Because you first said that it was in one of the new beta's, but then you suggested that it might have been caused by the asymmetrical AM clipping, which I added in version 7.24 and is also available in the 7.24 release version. If possible, could you re-check with version 7.24 to make sure that it's not something else in your setup that changed around the time that you updated?

(Btw: About your test with asymmetric clipping: I never implemented it for composite clipping, so some pre-clipping steps are probably still doing it but the final clipping step is not).
I'm not so sure now. I jumped from 7.24 directly to 7.25 and when I went back, I still saw the few % of difference between + and -. For now, let's assume it's something in my setup...I'll advise if that is not the case.

Today i tried the new Filter. First thing i have to say: Its a really good idea. It is somewhat reminiscent of a transient amplifier. But i got some problems in the phase with it. Example, if I have a stereo sound while removing the language, then everything disappears in the original. With the new filter into parts of speech are the phase differences. I have the declipper with the default settings, and the natural dynamic active.

This version is working ok!

One thing, I'm not able to copy past my reg.key, it's not a big thing, but a mistake is quickly made typing it in manually ;)

Ahh thanks now I know how to copy the key. I'm experiencing the same problem if I make the screen bigger.
