First what i notice is too much chasing.. sync constantly tries to "sync' but i know that there is no too much ratio difference between those 2 cards.
What does 'chasing' mean here?

What is "M" and "x" ?

x stays most of time to 1.000
and M is (after some time) around 1.0080 - 1.0100
x is the speedup; if it's at 1.000 the filter is doing nothing.

M is the measured median offset. If this moves away from 1 the x value will be slightly adjusted.

Had a very rough night last night trying to sleep, so I'm just now really getting up.

I haven't had the opportunity to try to increase the volume of my preset, but I did just now try switching 80s style into "generic" mode. My understanding is that to do that, you just disable advanced clipper, hard limit (if enabled), pre-emphasis, and phase rotation.

When I do that, and attempt to play any track, I have overshoots in the output like crazy. However, when I load up the built-in "generic", it is distinctly softer and no overshooting.

What's up with that?

Edit: Found the answer. Web one doesn't use volume reduction in Simple Clipper, but the Generic one does.

I have a similar issue with Cobalt, where my settings were changed from what I had intended. The difference is that since I knew the presets got "genericified", I had already been striving for no overshooting in Generic at the exact same settings that the Web was going to use, making the volume boosting for the web version happen through higher Advanced Clipper drive.

Ok.. understand you Hans .. but the question is .. is there any solution for this wobbling one .
And i have question : What is this line in yellow do ?
What does it means ? Whether i set the steepness or bands freqs .... bands are always crossing at this line ?!
Is this line we are able to move up or down in some way or parameter ?

Meaning it constantly goes up and down from 1.0000 both M and x - Till it settle after some time.
I now set 0.15%

Then something is not right on that picture since M is never 1.000.. goes from 1.01 to 1.02 most of time. Or "slightly" mean VERY slightly?
Anyway.. it seems that it keeps buffer always in same place.. which is good.

Perhaps the crossing point of -6 dB (Linkwitz). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Linkw ... rworth.svg
Where the sum of the bands gives a flat response.

Yes it is, except that Hans's crossovers are not flat :)
And looking at that nice picture, corssover in ST is that pink line - more or less.

M isn't that important - it just means that there's a small offset between expected and actual buffer filling. The adjustment works a lot slower, since you say it's at 1.000 most of the time I would say it's working fine.

That line indicates -6 dB (each line is one, and the brighter ones are 6 dB apart each. Since the crossovers are at of very close to -6 dB, I made the -6 a bit brighter).

Why "approximately" -6? Because the total of all bands at each location must be '1' (0 dB). So if there are other bands that are much softer they will slightly lower the crossover point a bit further.

You've set resampling quality to 8, default is 32! The lower you set it the more artifacts you'll get! (But it will use less processing power, and it's very doubtful that you can actually hear it).
