I introduced a bug, one of the clipping levels doesn't work anymore (the 0-600 Hz part is now always clipped at 100%). Don't know if THAT's what's making the sound worse, or the changed filtering - will fix it asap tonight. The default setting of this slider IS 100%, so if you didn't change it this cannot be the cause. Note to self: Search for clip_dynamic(j_deepbass_arr_1, strength_val_STEP1, 32767.0f * NEWLOUDNESS_clipmidlowsat, sample_data_history_size, samples_to_ignore_at_start, samples_to_ignore_at_end); |

- Restored BETA72 highs processing, but did fix highs vibration bug. (I had the choice between removing it or fixing it - in BETA73 I removed it, now I fixed it). (*) - Added Bojcha's web preset (Addiction V7) Winamp DSP plugin: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 510-74.exe Stand alone version: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 510-74.exe VST version: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 510-74.dll VST version (No SSE2): http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 510-74.dll Command line version: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 510-74.exe Linux command line version: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... BETA510-74 (not available) Linux GUI version: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... BETA510-74 (not available) (*) I don't know what is better. The comment from Chris seems to indicate that it was worse - current sound is closer to the BETA72 sound. But actually I would expect the BETA73 to sound better..... ![]() |

I cheked Standalone (beta74), and it's saved. (?)Another thing in standalone (dsp not checked) - When "Limiting and Loudness" window is opened, in main window Loudness meter have some strange Flicker! (when no audio is present and waveform display is off) |

The VST version contains a bug that - depending on the VST host - may lead to a cutoff of values above 100% (will fix that asap). DSP, stand alone and STS files should be ok.
