Very easy

Just use your normal soundcard for FM output and disable the pilot signal , RDS signal . Leave only the Emphasis ON . And put 10 kOms per transmitter at every input . That will ensure not to load your sound card very HARD. In this way every transmitter will have the same signal . Is that what you want ?

Not like that, send to stream for few transmitters LR preemphasised audio with ST stand alone.

It's easy you have one processor in studio and stream processed preemphasised audio (not composite) for all transmitters, many stations with bigger coverage do like that.

Simple..
- Use FM output
- 44.1 or 48kHz sample rate
- In FM section Enable: Pre-emphasis, Pre-Emphasized Output,
- Disable: Encode Stereo, Encode RDS
- Set 50 ot 75us

Since it's for streaming i recommend maximum quality possible (like lame 48kHz 320kbps) and peek level not more then -6dB
Still way better to have ST at Transmitter site and use FM out. You realize that you are avoiding awesome FM clipper in ST like that?

Yes , i already tell this to him

but i don`t know if he wants to make a preemphasised stream and connect to it from different places.
It`s true for the awsome clipper . But he decides this- to clipper or not to clipper :)

FM out have 4x input sample rate.

I know how it works but I just can't use x4 samplerate out.

you mean like audiotx (software) barix in-exstreamer (hardware) deva also and many more.. do you mean this?
