Regarding potential colorization:
I don't know what your plans are for implementing different color options ...
It's probably not what you want to hear, but skinning/colorization has a low priority and probably won't be implemented in any form until we stop finding major bugs.

First i set zoom (arund 0.7) in new GUI and close it, then i open old gui, old GUI is HUGE, usually out of monitor size.
I should note that because this (new gui) beta and the (old gui) release version save to the same .ini file, switching between them like you're doing isn't something we've been taking into account.

I'm saving the DPI on closing the new gui to the same setting as the old gui did, so it's probably a formatting error. I'll look into it.

Then i close old gui and again start new GUI then zoom is reset to 1 again ...
Yeah, the old gui doesn't know the zoom setting and will remove it from the ini.

... and still smaller then old
Which one do you mean?
  1. The zoom is set to 1 but the gui still looks like it is at 0.7
  2. The new gui is smaller than the (glitched out) "huge" old gui

If you set any window size in old GUI and close it, then start new gui, wich will anyway have zoom 1.0, new gui window is smaller

All i want to say that this is not normal, every part in new gui is huge compared to old gui, but window size itself is 42% smaller.

BETA015/016 is available. See the first post. Change log (for the new GUI):
  • Repair and BIMP overview popups, cleaned up Processing popup a bit
  • Vertical marcation lines in PDisplayOne in web interface
  • You can't scroll too far anymore on dB-scale sliders
  • Improved performance on Linux

Understood. I'll try to keep those ideas in a Wish List thread for when they become relevant down the line.

Regarding Bojcha's issue of the scale claiming it's one thing but the appearance is different:
It hasn't presented itself yet in 15/16, but in 12, I was sometimes getting a smaller image than the scale slider claimed it'd be. I think it had to do with DPI switching as I was throwing the Window around my monitors. I couldn't figure out how to reproduce it.

To clarify I was set to a 0.7 scale, moved the window around in some way, then it was even smaller as I brought it back to the main monitor. Then when raising it back to 1.0, it would still look smaller than it should, like it was 0.7 again. I hope I'm making sense.

Can we get the ITU visible in the meter bar in the Clipper sections? That seems like a handy place to have perceived loudness visible.

I'm liking the short-term and momentary measurements capability. However, it's not showing marcation lines on the ITU meter in the new GUI, just the web GUI.

ITU added to Clipper! I missed that one apparently.

Ah, you're right. I've updated the change log to indicate that it's web-only for now. The correct information is set for the display, it just doesn't display it yet...

BETA017 (with ITU display in Clipper page) is posted. No big changes aside from that (mainly some non-GUI bug fixes, and updated presets).
