Is it my imagination, of does 7.5 sound significantly better than the previous version?

I don't know if it's the placebo effect or what, but I feel like I'm hearing greater detail, especially at lower levels, the highs seem cleaner and maybe brighter, and the bass seems richer and tighter.

...Is any of this possible, or am I just expecting it to sound better? I REALLY like the new sound!

Wait until you get into the later betas of 7.51. The multiband section is even more stable than before, and the Advanced Clipper sounds incredible with the latest tweaks Hans made.
