It is very hard to describe thing like declipper in Finnish :D ... And what do you think about translating those feature names to different languages (which are like trademarks), like Advanced Bass Distortion Protection, in Finnish: Edistynyt basson särösuoja, which in parts.. Edistynyt = Advanced, särö = Distortion and suoja = Protection :D
:)

ABDP - just translate however you want, it's just a description of what it does.
I think that many names like "Multiband compressor" etc. are kinda common in many languages. "Natural Dynamics" is really a 'name', and Declipper maybe too - the rest is just the normal name that everyone uses for it - and whether those names should be translated or not depends on how most people call it. In Dutch for example, everyone calls a 'multiband compressor' just 'multiband compressor' so I wouldn't translate those in the Dutch version. (Otherwise it would be something like 'meerbandscompressor').
I think there are several names that are widely used in English worldwide, and can be in English without problems. A translation may not help. :|

Whoa. Here's an interesting idea that I need to post before I forget it.

If MB, ND, Noise Gate and Stereo Boost all use the same bands... I could greatly optimize the CPU load - the separation into bands would only need to be done once instead of 4 times, and MB and ND could share the (relatively ecpensive) smoothed volume measurements.

Wow, good news!!! :o

That's good news indeed. If you are able to eliminate redundant processing, that sounds like tremendous improvement in CPU utilization.
Looking forward to forthcoming betas.

Fantastic idea. I try to find my old Pentium 4 computer to run Stereo Tool

But I guess not only CPU improvement, but also less delay

That mean all bands of those filters must share same settings, like "crossover settings" ?

Yes. Unfortunately...

Well if only few steps use different bands it would still improve performance, so there could be option to use "common bands" or "independent" per filter?

Yes, which one of the MB, ND, Noise Gate and Stereo Boost needs really different crossovers? Every step you can have less is better!
