One thing thought.... If i stream in mp3 the qaulity is very bad. But if steam in ogg it is much better.
My settings

Hm, sounds like a very bad MP3 encoder. I don't know what's included in VLC...
Edit: Although I haven't noticed this very bad quality when I tested it earlier... Will have to look into this again. It could have something to do with not matching sample rates and lowpass filter frequency settings in ST.
