Hi Boris,

Can you explain more precisely what you see? I've tried it on 2 different PC's (one Windows XP 32 and one Vista 64) here and I don't see anything strange, so I'll have to look for the cause based on your description.

Are the sound card pull-down menu's empty? All of them? Or is the right part of the window empty? Or something else?

Very unlikely, it must be something in Stereo Tool. Will check it.

Could you answer the following?
- Is the INPUT soundcard pull-down menu also empty?
- Is the ASIO soundcard pull-down menu also empty?
- For the other 3: Are there no options that you can choose (ie. you press it and see only 0 or 1 lines to pick from), or are there multiple options which are each empty (sound card names not filled in)?

Which OS do you have?

Boris, can you run this .EXE file? It's not an installer but it should start directly. This will write logging to C:\st_log.txt . Please let it run for a few seconds, then send me the log file. Thanks...

http://www.stereotool.com/download/radio_tool_SA.exe

Please open the sound card configuration window during the test.
