Stereo Tool

DSP beta 26 is crashing when trying to change the very low bass clipping in the distortion sub-menu. The crash is being reported as winamp.exe needing to close and a problem with iertutil.dll. Reverting to beta 25 corrects that issue, so it's a beta 26 problem.

I've replaced my own skin by Bojcha's (Bojcha, I hope that's ok? I really couldn't stand looking at my own skin anymore...)

Solved:
- VST saves all its settings also to INI file. It should only save texts.
- VST events not generated on value change
- Solved crash when changing integer sliders in previous beta version.
- Added composite limiter meter
- Problem with MPX signal (overshoots in some cases) - Romke; bars can not turn red anymore if the FM signal isn't too loud.
- Try to combine more panels into one BS412 + details, Clipper Open Sound + Artistic Effects.
- Old preset loading issue in Stereo Image filter
- AGC loading issue with 2/3 bands
- Declipper scopes

TODO:
- And a warning in the buttons bar if unregistered options are in use, or change 'Register' button color. No room there, where should I put this?
- Display last loaded preset name, if possible also with whether it has been changed and keeping it on restart (although I've spoken to people who use hardware devices which have exactly the same behavior as the old ST had, dropping the name on a restart). No room unless I make the 'Presets' button bigger... Other suggestions? Maybe above it if there is space (not too many buttons). Also for Register stuff.

Less urgent for usability:
- Design (several people are working on something)
- Add basic/advanced modes
- Add '-6' '-12' etc. beside output bars where possible.
- Context sensitive Help (help button should be next to the preset buttons)
- Drag (resize window parts) lines, also between to/bottom part (scopes/meters). (Is this needed already? Maybe not...)

skin is OK .
I`ll work on it ( some cosmetic things first ) , then may be some changes.
Some bug: new buttons like "Help" and "Register"
When you push the register and then "cancel" the window(ST) goes background ( or minimized ).
And a question : why in Bojcha`s skin there is no preemphasis indicator in the Output indication?
May be some change is needed in the skin ?

In menu AGC-> Bands : Up speeds, Down speeds and remove remaining peaks to turn in some vertical structure ? next to the number of bands .

P.S: Some betas ago i see a CPU increase about 10% ? something about that ?

Hm, that's not good. I just did a measurement of throughput, and I see that as long as I keep the window small there's no effect, but if I set it to full screen the throughput is a lot lower than before (25%). I'm suspecting the waveforms - but I need to check that.

The waveforms definitely take a whole lot of time to draw. Looking into it now.
