Caching issue - it's an iframe and for some reason it doesn't easily get reloaded (depening on the browser).
Ok, I forced clearing the cache of Firefox and now appear correctly. ;)

Not that I know of........... :shock: Just looked at the code and it says the same as before: Every 12 hours for either FM or Loudness, and if you use both every 4 hours.

Thanks, that helped! What's happening is that I have a thread that handles (re)draw requests (it basically bundles them to avoid overloading the CPU), this thread shoots off events to do the actual drawing and then waits for a reply event. For some reason however, the first draw event never arrives in the window message loop. So the bundling thread just keeps waiting.

This request thread was added when Brian complained about a much higher CPU load, could very well be in version 054. Now I just need to figure out *why* the event doesn't arrive... That, or override it if there's no 'yes I've drawn it' event coming back for a while, if I can't find a better fix.

Still don't know what's going on here. I looked through the changes between the used beta (063) and the current release and there's nothing there that should be able to cause this. Currently waiting if I get more reports like this. VST version works fine here - unfortunately...
It happens for me also (I use Plogue Bidule) but NOT when I first start-up a layout, then the GUI works fine, it's only after I made some adjustments in ST, close it and then re-open the ST GUI, then it's completely blank and stays that way until I close and reopen Plogue.

Ok, I had 2 ways of displaying: The Winamp/VST method and the stand alone method.

Now changed the VST method to do the same as stand alone and it works! Not saying there may not be any updating issues with the GUI but so far it looks good.

Reduce the number of additional calculations in the various filters... 8-)

@Bojcha: You mentioned loud sounds going into the clipper when you enabled certain presets. I checked what happened and it turns out the be the singleband compressor. When you press RESET the current level is set to '1' - I've removed that now and the effect is gone (but if you load a different preset which has very different levels in the singleband compressor it might take some more time for the level to get up if it was below 1).

But it's probably better to have a softer sound than a louder one.

Because I'm not 100% sure that the VST fix will work on all systems I'll post a beta first, if I don't get any complaints about it I'll release version 7.01 in the next days.

Or you don`t have 200$ to buy a double core CPU with mainboard? How do you think to use ST with almost 100% machine load ? You can`t . Machine must Breathing !!!

DONE:
- VST version should work properly now
- Some presets updated
- Volume increase when loading a preset fixed
- GUI unresponsive at very high CPU loads when you click right of text in text box fix

Still need to look at:
- "This sound is processed by" plays too often
- Add sound card restart button again (Bojcha just reported that it's missing)
- Fix sound card reset on built-in preset load & FM settings - now making as little changes as possible, hope this is better


Other stuff that I've been pushing forward (and will push forward further for now):
- Add 'purpose based' view on settings (for example all settings that affect bass combined).
- Multi-language support
- Add basic/advanced modes
- Add '-6' '-12' etc. beside output bars where possible.
- Context sensitive Help (help button should be next to the preset buttons)
- Drag (resize window parts) lines, also between to/bottom part (scopes/meters).
- Confirm on close (stand alone version)
