Ti be precize, when it does not corrects it's ok. Test Azimuth http://www6.zippyshare.com/v/5kwJc81s/file.html azimuth ON ![]() azimuth OFF ![]() I have track example where is also clearly kills stereo much. Interesting how i didnt hear it much erlier. ![]() Sseems it works like that since always. |

Hmm, shouldn't the goniometer be rotated 45 degrees to the left, so that the -45 degrees represent L and +45 degrees represent R? Mono signal should then be a vertically straight line. |

Yes, but this is special tuned test tone to activate azimuth.

@Bojcha: That's the whole purpose of AZIMUTH correction! It corrects a time shift between left and right, and your test tone has that. Normally, this will only occur in tracks that were converted from some tape with a misaligned tape head. Except that it looks like it's correcting in the wrong direction here.... |
