The full screen mode looks nice on my second display

Do you have more than 1 monitor???
Yes, I have more than 1 monitor. :D
Yes, The second monitor makes a difference....

Turning the second one off, it seems to stop the "Always On Top" effect I was getting with both SA & DSP.

Unfortunately, the disappearing button effect is still there on the SA only

Windows stand alone: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 32-006.exe
Winamp DSP: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 32-006.exe
Windows VST: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 32-006.dll

- AGC improvement: Bojcha reported that the AGC gives a much more consistent output at lower latency settings. Now, at higher latency settings you can replicate the lower latency settings behavior (See AGC -> Bands -> Block size; suggested value is 1024).

@hvz: In the AGC -> Compressor, if disabled, is always enabled "Limit Distort" :)
Fixed in next version

1 When first window is opened (after install), the full screen button appears however, after ST program was closed and opened again later, it is no longer there. (I am set at Extreme Tweaker)
Should be fixed now (next beta).

I suggest lowering the maximum gain value in the Mix of MB, as 20 dB is too much and causes you to lose accuracy for lower values, are saying? :?:

Hmm I made some direct comparison 7.31 stable to lastest beta and 7.31 has fuller sound in mid range with same my preset.
Is it possible?

Sorry, this appears to be my bad...
I typically install the SA to my D Drive which I have placed a shortcut icon on my desktop to access with. In the past this has never been a problem (every version).
Somehow with this beta it got installed to the C Drive instead of the D Drive. At install it opened from the C Drive and showed the version with the Full screen button, then when I closed it and opened with my desktop icon, the version on the D Drive opened (without the Full screen button).
I guess I have stopped paying attention to where it was being installed to because in the past it has gone to the correct folder without me changing the destination at install.
I am not sure how or why it did this this time and I have tried to go back and recreate how it happened, but I guess it was just human error.

Windows stand alone: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 32-007.exe
Winamp DSP: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 32-007.exe
Windows VST: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 32-007.dll

- Limiter improvement: Bojcha reported that the compressors (mainly the limiters) give a much more consistent output at lower latency settings. Now, at higher latency settings you can replicate the lower latency settings behavior (See the 'Block size' parameter (under 'detection'), available for all compressors (singleband and multiband per band). Very low settings can cause bass intermodulation distortion.

I got a request several times, and yesterday I decided to implement it: Multi-language support.

Image

Windows stand alone: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 32-008.exe
Winamp DSP: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 32-008.exe
Windows VST: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 32-008.dll

Dutch language file (not completely translated yet, but more than 50% is done):
http://www.stereotool.com/download/Nederlands.stl

Place it in the same file as the Stereo Tool binary (DLL or EXE file). After restarting Stereo Tool you can select it in the Configuration window, under Language.

If you use Extreme Tweaker mode, there's also an option to export the current language info to a file called Export.stl.
