Hm, it currently just acts on the pre-emphasis signal. Of course that could be changed - but does that sound better? |

It wil bring the music styles more together.... I have with these not the full control, and the tracks keep sounds with slissing in the high part Give it a try....i think? ohh, almost forgotten........Beta 30 is stable here.... |

Build didn't finish in time... So here's only the Winamp beta031: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 04-031.exe Biggest change: New multiband. But it doesn't sound good yet - so far I think I prefer the old one (especially when combined with clipping etc.). You can do a lot more things than before though. Band frequencies are hard-coded, and only usable for 5 bands - I guess that that's the biggest issue with this one. Band freqs are: 60, 150, 500, 2000, 10000. I think I need to make them configurable fast. Also, it might be that there's too much overlap between bands (I still clearly hear the bass if I play only the highest band). |

Hm, that should be a task of the multiband compressor, not of the de-esser that's intended to protect the clipper. I think...

I assume Hans has removed the new release, due to some issues regarding the multiband filters. So please be patient, it will be available soon. |

O, i forgot to upload it then. Well, it would be better anyway if I fix the slope issues first. Maybe tonight, otherwise tomorrow. About release: I had already started working on the MB. When the bugs are fixed I'll disable it and build a release ![]() |

- Something strange with "Output" slider in new compressor. +20dB are more like +2dB - when used with AGC. - Smart peek LEFT channel is bad - moving some sliders with "hold move" does not bring back cursor to slider place |
