Everything works fine expect RDS, with 5 texts all 3s time in loop sometimes freezes for about 10s or even more and no data encoding (using stream via vlc at the moment)

I don`t know if this is easy but Enabling/Disabling the Normal Output or Others outputs must NOT cause the restarting of FM output.
May be a checkbox for "Non-interruptible" FM Output

I have just compared the latest beta (036) against version 7.40, and the RDS output is nearly identical (the difference is that I have added some performance optimizations which also reduce rounding errors in the stereo pilot and RDS calculations). The audio is very close (a few tenths of a dB difference in some frequency areas).

Anyway, the RDS signal is as good as identical - which means that the texts that are transmitted are also. Can you send me the RDS text string that you are using?

Not that easy. Anyway, I am planning (don't know yet when) a big rewrite of the sound card and audio inputs and outputs code. This might be included in that.

When I testing earlier versions don't pay same attention to encoding RDS, so I don't know maybe it present in other beta
Once I already noticed something like this, I'll try to repeat issue one more time for some details.

Based on my own tests and feedback that I've received so far I'm guessing that version 7.41 is at least as good as version 7.40. So I want to 'upgrade' version BETA741-036 to a Release Candidate.

Did I miss anything?

Look on the list with "to be done" . If you fix all things , then release candidate turns into release :)
