I also would prefer a female voice with a lovely Dutch accent.
I remember an old version of the CD copy software Blindwrite from the French developer VSO.
They had the option to choose one of three different vocal messages (when the burning of a CD was completed) in three different languages (French, English and German).
But all three messages were spoken by the same (obvious) French woman.
So the English and the German vocal messages had also a very sexy French accent.

So, maybe Hans knows a Dutch woman that could do something similiar.
Important: she should not speak perfect (BBC) English !
It has to be English with a strong Dutch accent.
