FFFFFFFF indicates a memory alignment error - which in turn indicates either a compiler optimization bug or an error in me SSE2 code (limiter doesn't use SSE2 though as far as I remember).

Also prelimiter problem confirmed, well 512bands cause problem. other bands no problem.

edit:

The error in centurion is in the declipper!!
Load that preset and disable declipper and the preset will work again. Did check all functions in stereotool and disabling the declipper made it work..


edit 2:

From build in presets and than reset all audio settings gives also errors

Uh, what do you mean by that? Limiter placement before or after MB? In the compressors I have made a change a while ago which causes the compressor to respond as if the limiter was placed before it (it's not), to avoid very fast volume reduction if you have very loud sounds which also hit the limiter.
