The Marian Trace Alpha is the perfect card, but it's drivers/firmware are very limited/specific.
For example with the Trace Alpha I can't run MPXtool on my 64bit system, only on a 32bit system with an old driver will make the Alpha functional with it (the newer drivers won't work :o :? )

Looking forward to the next beta Hans

Maybe a good idea to inform Marian about that? I didn't test MPXtool in combination with a 64 bit system and the 64 bit drivers of them, but strange that these drivers are so limited in that point. I am happy Stereo Tool works great with a 64 bit system. Also the 32 bit betaversions I test at the moment are working with 64 bit drivers of Marian.

I did one year ago, this is a reply of them. ( I have to say Marian has a good customer service)

''so are you using mpxtool with the ASIO driver? If so, it is likely that the origin of the problem is the same as for breakaway broadcast. With the later, we have already been in contact. Their application does not support a mandatory ASIO format, that the Trace Alpha requires. Thus, there is no sound.
As for the difference between 32bit and 64bit - there is none at this driver version. The ASIO driver part is equal.
Thus at the moment, I can only suggest you to inquire the manufacturer of the software to inquire, when they are going to support this ASIO format. (The Trace Alpha requires ASIO format 27)

Mit freundlichen Grüßen | With best regards''

32 bit data with 24 bit alignment
Ahhhh. See, I was looking at my code and I saw it was doing something with 32 bits of audio, but it adjusted the level as if it was 24 bits. Lol. So that was correct....

Do you have different blocks of memory? Or maybe non-matching blocks? I see something similar on my laptop since I got a memory expansion (from 6 to14 MB).

Ok, the new version is building. I have also rewritten part of the Natural Dynamics code to improve performance.
