Probably the sample rates don't match. If the VLC input is at 44.1 kHz, the output will be at 176.4 kHz, for 48 kHz that's 192 kHz. If you configure this incorrectly in Windows you'll get this type of weird stuff due to the bad resampling code in Windows.

Aah, yes, that makes sense :) So, would it be possible to add parameters to tell VLC to resample from 44,1 to 48 kHz?

- Added "Power Bass" mode to AGC. Makes bass far more constant and stronger.

Winamp/VST/Command line version are still building

I've checked it again and it still works here... And other people have downloaded it too. I have no idea why it doesn't work on your end!
