Ah. That makes sense. In single core mode, the filter behaves different (probably better) than in multicore mode. All XP SP3 home. No at all same, I'll try make real test But I did my measurements in dual core mode...... So I'm still confused. |

Interesting. If conditions were exactly the same it can help a lot. For our local radiostation it could help with receiving problems of car radios because of trees, some buildings etc? I know there are no mountains here in Netherlands, but I ask myself if SSB will do the trick for these problems to receive our station ![]() Thanks That's why I'm saying it needs to be tested more. If possible by driving somewhere and remotely switching SSB on and off (you could do that on a phone via the web interface). Same conditions, same day, same music. I advise everybody to just try it, and see for yourself. check link below, for a nice presentation. http://youtu.be/eSDg31HmbK0 |

This sounds like it might be a feasible way to get some rudimentary test results from the field?! Could also try and see if / what effect the 'multipath clipper' has?

I don't belive this test, for me it's fake, because I did some real comparison and I can't say what is better. |

I mentioned earlier that SSB seemed contentious. Let the fun and games begin! ![]() |

My test is not like pro test with recording, I'll try to do that. I just listen and switching DSSB/SSB remotely, difference was too small to say what is better. |
