I found another wrong used icons . icons for 50 and 75 uS pre-emphasis are not used in the GUI , ST uses it`s "disabled style icons". Because i change them color , and when start ST , saw that it uses the "disabled" style. I think when emphasis is ON, icons must be the default ones ( icon_50us.png and icon_75us.png ). It always use ( icon_50us-disabled.png and icon_75us-disabled.png ). When emphasis is OFF , there is no any icon there, just grey area ![]() |

Ok. The good news here is that it only happens when you're adjusting settings (pfew!!!) so it's not so urgent that I need to upload a fix today - there will be someone there when it happens. And that it's reproducable. That always helps ![]() I will put it on the todo list for the next version. |

Bugs reported so far: - MAC GUI version can crash on startup - VST window to small in some VST hosts - NAN when changing ND frequencies: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6149&start=18 - 50us/75us icons in GUI displayed disabled when on, not at all when off. - Re-check Stokkemask for non-composite output |

Don`t forget the GUI bug with BS412 to put it on todo. It can be small bug but is there, so better to be fixed. |

[quote="hvz"]Bugs reported so far: - VST window to small in some VST hosts I can confirm that this problem occurs in both Samplitude and Sound Forge. Stereotool GUI seems to be to big for its window. Checking 'fullscreen mode' does solve this problem: It makes the GUI smaller, the same size as the VST window. ![]() |

I also have some little suggestion If someone use or make his own skin , let the ST to search a folder named "SKIN" in the ST install dir, not in the main one. I make this suggestion because if we put whole 190 files in the main install folder , it will be "ugly", so many files ... Edit : And some other bug . When you use "Lowpass" in the FM transmitter panel together with "Ignore freqs" (main Bandpass is OFF and must be OFF, so this can be reproduced), there is a spike like before , but this time it`s not exactly on the "end frequency" of "Ignore freqs" option but arround 500Khz above it. It`s moving again when i move the slider of "Ignore". And again it`s getting weak with increase of frequency. Picture is made with slider of 16200. Spike presented both in 44.1 and 48 Khz sample rates.

Quote: In Wavelab 6 also occurs.
Also in Foobar and Audacity.I've have another problem with the VST plugin... There are randomic clicks using declipper + dequantizer + natural dynamics in Foobar with its output buffer lenght set to 50ms. It seem related to somewhat like latency peaks, in fact it mitigates or disappear increasing Foobar's buffer or reducing Stereotool CPU load. Version 7.60 does not have such problem, worked and sounded great with 50ms buffer and same Stereotool settings, both 7.70 and 7.72 have it. |

Hm, I would expect the opposite - 7.72 has a much lower CPU load. Latency peaks might be an issue though; Stereo Tool operates in bursts so if your CPU isn't very fast it will - for every 42 ms of audio (at default settings) - take a while. Does lowering the Latency in ST help as well? |
