There is a difference because of resampling i think. I see a little more spikes in the input scopes and meters when Synchronize to output is turned on. Also it depends on your source sample rate. If you set sample rate in ST to 48 kHz and you input white noise with 44.1 kHz samplerate i also see more spikes in scope.
Yeah , thank you man, was thinking that this is only on my system.

BTW anybody know some detail about MB crossover in Orban 5 band mode?
Frequency Analysis? Is this part of ST? If so, how do I access it?

That "Frequency Analysis" window is in/part of Adobe Audition CS6.
