Try breakaway and adjust levels and tilt there. If that also gives overshoots you know it's not because of the software. |

Quote: VFR750A45: What happens in BETA079 when you do enable adding a DC offset? I'll have to check if this part of the filter is working less good in the new clipper.
Where it is possible to enable adding DC Offset ?Thanks |

Why reduces quality ? i try this yesterday on beta 104 with no success (with a simple audio cable 1,5m) i try this on beta 79 i would give you the result later Test will be with the cable RG59 RCA/BNC |

Ok problem is not the cable. Hans can explain why it reduces the quality. |

This switch makes it impossible to move the DC level if that helps because it makes clipping less aggressive. For example if you have an asymmetrical tone, moving DC will make it more symmetrical. But moving DC can cause some issues.

@ VFR750A45 Problem is your soundcard! Actually more then 2x problem is TWO of that soundcards you are connecting, because all soundcards have TILT on input even Marian Trace Alpha! You do not do what we say to you. You must set Tilt. I admint that this is bit tricky in StereoTool but try Breakaway. If you still don't know how to try that, ask! It's simple. You will have a MPX Link, that's another Tilt problem and it's needed to adjust that again. @ Chris What gap ? |

@Bojcha - have you taken a listen to the hypersonic beta preset that I posted? Also, with this newer beta, have you reduced the dirty bass level any? |
