Check your samplerate.
Edit: Ow now i see other picture. I wouldn't worry too much with -120dB signals.
In the past these ones not exist !!
I`m not worry , just Hans must make it like before.
Did you checked with and without composite limiter if there's any difference?
What's the program you used?
Ok i will check with the program name you've send me and see how it looks here.

HI all,

Just would like to express my appreciation to Hans for developping this great piece of software!
It took me some time to get most of de adjustable variables, but I feel it has a lot of potential.
I included my preset. Would like to hear feedback on it. I called it 'Compressionate'

Grtz,
John

File comment: configured for just low latency audio now.
Feedback is appreciated!

@DJ_DOGGY: Please try it with an old and a new version, WITHOUT changing ANYTHING else. My first guess would indeed be a sample rate problem (I'm assuming that you're using Virtual Audio Cable?). But I did optimize a lot of things in the code, and part of the optimizations is that some calculations are slightly less precise than before (that's what caused the artifacts earlier in the resampler).

That`s right Hans..
Do a test with an old one ... same thing.. must be something in between :)
I just realize that i may be test before with other version ( mean VSt or DSP... and remember that i`m not see this wood of signals ... Just don`t do anything and ignore the pictures from me .
I guess all is normal. but there is indeed some signals at 41 Khz ?!?! ... and some other freq`s . Which are around -110 db . May be they are some of calculations of program , i don`t know

Ok i've checked with SpectraPLUS and didn't see much difference between latest version and earlier ones.

Please do a scheme :
Winamp -> output cable -> input ST -> output cable -> Spectra
And post some pictures to us .....
Don`t forget to see what sample rates you are using

Somehow i have to set output gain to 50.0% in ST else i have overload in SpectraPLUS when i add music. This is signal without input to ST.
FFT size (samples) 524288.

RELEASE CANDIDATE!:
Stand alone: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 04-066.exe
Winamp DSP: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 04-066.exe
VST: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 04-066.dll

DONE:
- Reset doesn't work for equalizers
- First Generic preset doesn't work
- Check diff between Advanced and Expert mode - maybe I can remove one. --> No, all modes are meaningful. Did move some things from Advanced to Expert though.
- Test FM Europe presets for BS412 compliance
- Finish: Multiband/Singleband compressors: Is Basic mode good? Or should that be simpler, and more settings only visible in Advanced mode? ---> KEEPING IT THIS WAY FOR NOW.
- Update main processing window (remove 'Stereo Boost' checkbox)
- Preset updates if anything new arrives
- Check/update default declipper settings (JesseG/bojcha edits)
- Improved issue that caused rumbling sounds in bass when combining non-phase linear HPF with declipper.

TODO:
- Release
