Sounds interesting Hans. There are likely loads of users who are forced to distribute audio using lossy codecs. The other issue is the unfortunate case of having multiple, chained, lossy codec steps (i.e. for play-out, distribution, delivery etc. using MP3 / AAC / MPEG 1 Layer II for example). |
