As I've posted often already, I always test using the built-in Realtek HD card in my laptop, and I'm even using the headphone output which I'm connecting to the transmitter. Works great, after calibration it's almost as flat as a Marian (2 kHz modulation difference between a 5 Hz square wave and a 60 kHz tone). (But there is a very soft hiss audible which might be caused by the sound card - I need to test if it's also there with other cards. It's only noticeable during silence).

I just bought a http://www.steinberg.net/en/products/au ... /ur22.html Steinberg UR22 to test out with a laptop. I'll let you know how it goes when I test it out. C. |

I just bought a http://www.steinberg.net/en/products/au ... /ur22.html Steinberg UR22 to test out with a laptop. I'll let you know how it goes when I test it out. C. ![]() Edit: Just read a short review about it, someone said that the MIX knob is leaking a bit of input signal when turned all the way to DAW position? |
