Publish a new version, in honor of that long ago that the Phase Rotator asked this early in the process and now this! Thanks Hans! Also I took to adjust the flat frecuency response of MB.

I have added the new features of ST to preset, Flatness, Inertia and Natural Dynamic! (now I can run it on my system without cuts, at least with a band!  )All experimental values, I hope comments!
