I'm trying to install a Trace Alpha on a Win 7 Pro machine and it's not happening. It says "an error occurred, could not find the specified file". I've tried this with the newest driver 2.85, the one that came with the card, 2.62 and an old version 2.06. At one point, it said that I needed a digitally signed driver. Any ideas? Following the step by step is getting me nowhere fast. |

FYI: Marian will post a new driver - if I recall correctly tomorrow - that will fix a crash when using it in Stereo Tool On some Win8.1 systems. |

Hmm. Strange. Can you post some more info / screenshots? I presume you've extracted the entire zip file somewhere, run as an administrator etc? |

This morning I have an email from Marian support saying that 2.85 has a problem with Win 7 and they gave me a link to the previous driver. Now they are saying the driver IS digitally signed. Off to the lab to try the older previous driver now.
I presume you've extracted the entire zip file somewhere, run as an administrator etc? |

Hijacking thread to ask MTA question... Getting a "hardware failure": NMI Parity Check / Memory Parity Error. MTA/ST 7.73 runs on Win 7 HOme for a while then crashes with a blue screen and the above message. I suspect this is a Win deal, not MTA or ST... |
