Inspired by Bojcha's post, got this tiny ALC5686 board from Ali.
It's even better than the ALC4042! Twice as high output level (measured max. just over 2,8 Vpp) and virtually no tilt (as opposed to the ALC4042, which required +45 µs).
Verified real DC-output coupling by measuring 0.1 Hz square wave on oscilloscope.
Mic input also works, but I'm not using that.

Soldered it in a small tin plate folded enclosure with some RF-decoupling on the output.

Little update.
I ordered new USB soundcard just so i can test other soundcards output. So i got U-Phroria UMC204HD, and seems input is nice and clean.

So here how it looks from Realtek 5686 DAC to UMC204HD - Pilot/RDS.

And here is at full modulation amount of harmonics around pilot (pilot-modulation)

So it's around -90dB
