if you want to lower the latency you'll need to use asio as well.
and change the buffer time on stereo tool to about...0.060ms

Does VAC support ASIO now? I thought it didn't before...

AFAIK the current release 4.10 does not support ASIO except with a wrapper like ASIO4ALL.
