What happened with Delossifier, the "Spectral Hole Filler" appears like "disabled"

Please check that:
- Latency is at least 2048
- Block heavy processing is not turned on

I've updated my version, it does work fine, thanks! It's much more stable than it used to be, and I was already satisfied with the previous version.

We changed it to show actual declipper action instead of input and output level. So if the Declipper does nothing, it shows nothing now.

How do you mean "separately on meters"? The meters show what the processing is doing - so there's no separate generation of meter values.
