Ok. This doesn't make any sense. I spent all day tracing down the cause of this. And, it turns out to be caused by the change in the VendorName.

It doesn't make any sense that a program would respond to this name. At all.Renaming the .dll to vst_stereo_tool2.dll and detecting it again fixed the issue. Grrrr.... This took me all day
