It's possibly because it's only partially done, but I get short sharp red output levels when I have new AGC & Auto EQ turned on with Low CPU.

Ow. That's odd. There should be no effect at all on the output levels (the Auto EQ and new AGC, and now also new compressor modes can give slightly different output levels, but that should be all). Are you still seeing it with 004? If so, can you send me your settings so I can test with the same settings? Thanks.

O, you aren't using the limiter or clipper?

Installed 8.54 from 8.50. Error screen and no audio from M-audio delta 192 card. Couldn't find a combination that worked. Re-installed 8.50 & everything came back fine.

Updates usually install with no issue. Don't see why this one isn't working.

Hans, It's much less frequent with beta 004, but is now showing up the same with Low CPU on or off. It seems to hang red for longer now on beta 004, it's still brief but not as short & sharp as it was on beta 001 I'll admit I didn't have much headroom, & it was only showing up on a few songs of Mariah Carey's & Martika's Toy Soldiers. It's never both output channels together going red either, it's channel specific, Left or Right, one at a time, obviously depending on the processing. I've pulled some of the levels down now, & got more headroom for these loud songs. I guess it's just the way the audio is in the music & the way they're processed, because these songs have lower input levels than some others, but the red output levels are only showing up on these, not the ones with higher input levels.

Funny I can't get it to come up red this afternoon with FM transmitter turned on, but it'll do it with FM Transmitter turned off. I've reduced the MB1 output level by 1.75dB & that's fixed it.

Ok, if it's very occasionally there's nothing to worry about. The clipper and limiter can very very small overshoots, because of that I'm reducing the output level after the clipper by something like 0.01% or so. The harder you drive the clipper, the bigger the chance that at some point in time, 0.01% isn't enough anymore... However, a < 0.01% overshoot doesn't matter anyway.

Yes, I need the exact version (001 or 004, 32 or 64 bit, stand alone, VST or DSP plugin) and exact error text. Otherwise all I can tell you is that it works fine here.
