2 things I found on Windows 64 bit, with 10.70 and 10.71:
- Is it possible to somehow handle the error popups a diffent way? If you have issues with the soundcard and (for instance) CPU issues, you do not have any posibiliity to login and even look at the settings, because you are being bombarded by error popups. Maybe add the errors to the error menu header, and blink the title when there is a new error? Or a button to temporary mute the popups so you can operate the Stereotool interface?
- If you have internet issues, after a lot of reconnects (don't know the exact number) Stereotool stops connecting. You need to restart Stereotool to get it reconnecting to the stream target again. Disabling and enabling the target does not help, you need a full restart.
That reconnect issue sounds like a bug. It should keep retrying constantly. We are currently working on a massive I/O framework rewrite (I expect that we'll be able to post a first beta somewhere in the next 1-2 weeks), it doesn't really make much sense for us to look into this for the old freamework anymore.
About the errors: Once an error pops up 3 times it's snoozed for a minute or so. So you shouldn't be bombarded with errors anymore. If you still see it with 10.72 (which was just released) please let me know which exact error you're getting, then we'll try to reproduce it on our end.
