Aha, so you are actually edit and prepare stuff in edItor, so you use totally wrong tool/plugin.
I'm curious why this is the wrong plugin for the task? It's just as effective in a DAW as a post-processing effect suite for the requested use.
I have no confidence in my tuning, so I can't recommend or build a preset that meets the OP's needs. I've been using a version of Adaptive Bass Monster for my mic over chats, and it was pretty bass-heavy like I wanted at first (and Discord strips some of that out). Then, as I used it more, I realized I needed something more refined; so I adjusted the Band Mix in Multiband1 to basically EQ it in a less sub-bassy way with an emphasis on the upper mids.
Have you tried putting an EQ after Stereo Tool's primary processing (such as by moving the one in Stereo Tool to the end of the chain) to shape it with less bass? I don't think Speech Detection is the filter you need to be using, despite its bass-defeating properties. Also, make sure the Bass Clipper isn't adding anything.
