yesterday I have purchased a full license for Perfect Declipper plugin; I made the payment with PayPal but I didn't receive the key.
I couldn't send a private message to the administrator, so I posted here to let him know of the payment and check if there's any problem

Hi. You should be able to look up your licenses by logging in to the Thimeo website [https://www.thimeo.com/login/] and clicking My Licenses once you have. If it's still not showing up there, I'll make sure Hans sees this so he can help.

Unfortunately I didn't register before payment; I've done it a few minutes ago but nothing shows up under "my licenses".
Probably I didn't follow the right procedure, I should have registered first and then ordered the key. :/

Hmm, I'm not entirely familiar with the backend, especially with the old Perfect Declipper site. I know Hans had to generate a key manually back in the day, and that website hasn't been updated since before they went automated. I'll let Hans know about this and he'll get you fixed up.

Sorry! I was notified of this thread but somehow I thought this was an overall complaint about the fact that Perfect Declipper licenses aren't automatically generated yet. We had our 12.5 year anniversary yesterday, with around 140 people in a theme park, so I haven't looked at my email a lot.

I received the email with the key. Everything works perfectly!
