I finally tested it and i cant make any sound to work.
This sould be easy setup thing but for sure it has problems at this point with custom soundcards.
There should be atleast some advanced settings where you can set some basic things, like input and output soundcard (win list), start options like, start at boot and receive/send at start.. etc.
About audio i cant talk since i don't have it.

This looked interesting for sending audio across a network. Looks like the sender is currently built into other software though (Voicemeter)?
